1. Purpose

At BUNKR SUPPLY CO., we want our garments to look and feel their best for as long as possible. Proper care helps preserve the fabric, colour, shape and printed or embroidered designs of your BUNKR products.

This Product Care Policy provides guidance on caring for BUNKR garments. Customers should always follow the care instructions shown on the garment's sewn-in care label.

2. Washing & Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and appearance of your BUNKR garment, please follow the following care instructions:

  • Wash at 40°C maximum.

  • Line dry only.

  • Do not tumble dry.

  • Iron at a medium temperature.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Do not dry clean.

For best results, we also recommend turning garments inside out before washing, particularly where the garment features printed or embroidered designs.

Different BUNKR products may use different fabrics, finishes or designs. Customers should check the sewn-in care label for the specific fabric composition and care instructions.

3. Printed and Embroidered Designs

BUNKR garments may feature printed, embroidered or other applied designs.

To help protect these details:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing where possible.

  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemical products.

  • Do not scrub or aggressively rub printed or embroidered areas.

  • Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered designs.

  • Avoid excessive heat, which may affect the appearance or longevity of the design.

Some natural fading, cracking or changes to printed designs may occur over time through normal use and washing.

4. Drying

BUNKR garments should be line dried.

Do not tumble dry.

Avoid placing garments directly against radiators or other intense sources of heat, as excessive heat may affect the fabric, colour or printed designs.

5. Ironing

BUNKR garments may be ironed at a medium temperature.

For garments featuring printed or embroidered designs:

  • Turn the garment inside out before ironing.

  • Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered areas.

  • Avoid excessive heat or prolonged pressure on decorative areas.

6. Bleaching and Dry Cleaning

Do not bleach.

Bleach and other strong chemical products may damage the fabric, colour or garment design.

Do not dry clean.

7. Natural Wear and Tear

All clothing is subject to normal wear and tear over time. This can include gradual fading, minor changes in fabric appearance, print wear, pilling and other changes resulting from regular use and washing.

The lifespan of a garment can vary depending on how frequently it is worn and how it is cared for.

Following the care instructions provided with the garment will help maximise its lifespan.

8. Damage Caused by Incorrect Care

BUNKR SUPPLY CO. cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow the care instructions provided with a product.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Washing above the recommended temperature.

  • Tumble drying the garment.

  • Using bleach or unsuitable chemical products.

  • Excessive heat during ironing.

  • Directly ironing over printed or embroidered designs.

  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying or storage.

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents unrelated to normal garment use.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Where you believe a product has a manufacturing fault or was defective when received, please contact us so that we can assess the issue in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

The care instructions provided on the garment itself take priority over the general guidance in this policy.
